Hard to adjust?
Lite-on-Shoulder slings are made of single layered soft cotton fabric, and smaller rings provide more security, and at the same time, less wiggling space for adjustment.
It's normal and the padding helps the rings buckle tight.
New fabrics might be a little stiff. After washing or pulled thru the ring buckle several times the tail will be able to go through smoothly.
Can't adjust the sling tight enough?
If you wear woman's dress size 8 or smaller, it's likely that lightly padded rail part will pull thru the rings when tighten up.
